Kevin, Was the engine stored with coolant in it? Old coolant can and will plug up the heat exchanger, among other things. A friend bought a boat that had sat on the hard for 25 years, the engine had to be torn down, all seals replaced and the heat exchanger rodded out. FWIW Doug
