I have a Zephyrwerks sheave from my old mast, in good condition. It is 3 1/4" X 1/2" with a hole for a 1/2" pin diameter. It will take up to 7/16" diameter halyard. Sell for half of what Zephyrwerks quotes you in US$, plus postage.
