I went aboard the America replica when it was visiting Atlantic City many years ago, though I only got to walk the deck. It is an amazing boat and the video was a real treat while chasing 2021 Americas Cup racing info. I like how the owner explains the evolution of the Americas Cup design boats from the early hulls of Herreshoff or Fife style with short waterline and long bow and stern overhangs and then to the J-Class and later twelves and the modern foilers.
