I did my five-year renewal by snail mail.

To submit multi-year documentation on line, and pay with credit card - Complete the CG-1280 form... Scan it (or print internally as PDF), Complete a CG-7042 authorization for credit card transaction form. Save as PDF. In the “amount of charge” box, one enters $26, times the number of years, up to 5 years you would like to document the boat. Check “Application for Renewal $26”, Email both forms back to [email protected] <mailto:[email protected]> OR- Because the email is not considered a secure transmission, you may chose to use USPS instead >> We are guessing they are not making this easy, as a form of job security.
