Check for spark at the plugsUsually , when I had trouble with my atomic 4, on my previous boat, it was usually the carburetor. I had 3 and kept 1 rebuilt on board, 1 at home either awaiting rebuild or rebuilt, and would swap them out. The ethanol fuel would screw the carb up constantly...I also had a nagging problem with the wiring harnessAnother issue was making sure the timing was good but, it would usually fire even if it was off a little. Do you have the mechanical fuel pump or the electric? Has it been converted to electronic ignition?
