I have an on board wildlife story. Our C&C 41 is behind our house on a canal here in Cape Coral. I leave the boat open most of the time. An iguana about a half a meter long got in and was on the pilot berth. I didn't know it and I was sitting in the nav station when he "spring-boarded" off my shoulder. I am no Cardiologist but I am sure my heart did things out of the safe zone.
