Pre-purchase surveys go without saying. My P&S Agreements always include a survey and Sea Trial, optional mechanical and optional rigging survey at buyers discretion. I wouldn’t do it any other way.

The construction drawing is probably on file at the Marine Museum of the Great Lakes at Kingston if you wanted to know for sure as well as find out the details of core thickness. C&C installed cored well, so I would not anticipate any problems, but a pre-purchase survey is always wise!
