Assuming your Mk1 has double lower shrouds, here are the "super secret"
Loos numbers as % of breaking strength I use on my 35 Mk1.

Uppers 21%
Fwd lowers 14%
Aft lowers 5.5%

I give you % breaking strength because your wire diameter might be
different.  These numbers will induce an amount pre-bend in your mast.

As stated in the linked tuning guide, final tuning should occur on the
water under load.
