Rick, Technically Navionics will “work" on a Mac laptop but only through a web browser which means it has to be connected to internet all the time. And they don’t allow downloading of the charts offline to the Laptop (only a mobile device). So looks like my only real option is to spring for a tablet and download the maps to it.
