It is a 30 mk2. I include below a more complete description. I'd be happy
to share the latest survey (2016) with prospective buyers.

I'm looking to sell for $32,000 CAD.

*Detailed Description*

   - Year: 1987
   - Location: Near Plattsburgh, NY (Lake Champlain, fresh water since 2010)
   - Registry: Canadian Federal Registry (Merlot X, Montréal), all taxes
   paid in Québec
   - Hull: No blisters; minor gelcoat exposure (~2 sq ft); minor soft spots
   near the anchor locker; “C&C Smile” visible but no water intrusion
   - Keel: Long fin keel, draft 6’2”
   - Deck: Structurally sound, minor softness around anchor locker
   - Rigging:
      - Standing rigging: Rod rigging, in excellent condition
      - Running rigging: Mix of high-tech and standard lines; oldest ~10
      years, newest (spinnaker line) <2 years, no visible wear
   - Sails:
      - Mainsail: 15+ years old, full-batten Dacron, surprisingly good
      heavy wind performance
      - Genoa: 130% (2013), from Haarstick, reinforced double Dacron
      - Asymmetrical spinnaker: Older, very lightly used, excellent
      condition
   - Engine:
      - Yanmar 2GM20F
      - Extremely low use (~5–6 hours/year for the last 15 years)
      - No mechanical issues reported over that time
   - Systems:
      - Manual and automatic bilge pumps operational
      - Batteries (engine and house) maintained and in good condition
      - Harken roller furling system for genoa
   - Bottom:
      - Barrier coat mostly intact
      - Antifouling worn (10–15% missing)
      - Minor exposed gelcoat (~2 sq ft)
   - Rudder:
      - 1mm gap along aft edge over 8–12 inches
      - Rebuilt ~15 years ago; remains rigid and solidly mounted
   - Interior:
      - Cushions, flooring, and galley in excellent condition
      - “Piano” (line control system) upgraded 4 years ago
   - Other Notes:
      - No radar, no bimini, no dodger
      - Mast wiring intact but missing VHF antenna and wind vane (mast will
      be lowered for antenna replacement before sale)
      - New Sunbrella sail cover included
