Pinesol in a spray bottle and Watco Teak oil work well. Wipe down the woodwork
using Pinesol mixed properly which IIRC is 8:1 water to Pinesol. Wipe down all
the woodwork and lightly sand any stained areas with 120 and 220. Wipe that
again with a solvent like DeNatured Alcohol or Mineral Spirits to cut the old
oil.

Then take a rag (old tee shirt or cotton sock) and wipe on Watco Teak Oil and
wipe onto the wood, let soak in for about 15 minutes, and see where it's dark
and where it's light. Wipe on some more oild in the light spots and wipe off
any excess that doesn't soak in. You may need more than one or two coats to
get it how you like, but experiment and you will find what works best by trial
and error.

In the twenty three years I've owned my boat, I've cleaned and re-oiled the
teak only a few times, and usually only where I had water damage or staining or
small areas where removed mold, and the cleaning also removed the oil. So go
easy and take your time and you'll produce a great looking interior that should
last for many years.
