I'm not producing project files (or compiler properties files) for VS2008. I'm sure the compiler would work otherwise.
You can get VC++ 2010 express & VC# 2010 express here: http://www.microsoft.com/express/Windows/ You can even set the project to build with VC 2008 compiler if you want (and have both installed).
