Hi
We need to host DNS entries for domains our Raq4 will serve on our 'normal'
nameservers and keep the built-in DNS server disabled on the unit.
Please could someone advise if there are any special requirements to do
this. Can someone confirm that the following *basic* entries on an external
DNS server should be enough to set up a working site on a Raq4.
domain.com IN A x.x.x.x
www IN A x.x.x.x
mail IN A x.x.x.x
IN MX 10 mail
This might sound like a bit of an overly simplistic question, but I've had a
hell of a job trying to get the Raq4 to receive incoming email for a domain
when its local DNS server is disabled.
Anyone come across this before?
