[cobalt-developers] htpasswd from web interface

I want users to be able to run htpasswd to add passwording to their private
areas. Anyone have a way to do this via a web page? I would need them to be
to pick the directory, user name(s)/password(s) of ONLY their own site.

Any ideas without giving them telnet access?
