[cobalt-developers] PHP on RaQ4

Cobalt Developers,

Could someone tell me how Cobalt handles security on the RaQ4 for PHP4
scripts. In the RaQ3, CGI scripts are run by CGIWrap, which makes the script
run under the owner's privileges. Is this also true for PHP4 scripts on the
RaQ4? Or do they run under the web server user (httpd)?
