Hi, I had the same problem.
I was used to the raq3 but on the raq4 you must but in your domain
(domain.com) as postalias in the siteadmin. If not you will only recive mail
on [EMAIL PROTECTED] and not on [EMAIL PROTECTED]

sendmail (on any *nix) is pretty picky about the dns setup behind your
config,
this means you need an A-record pointing to your raq4 and an MX identifying
it
correctly as the mailserver for this domain, I'd bet your DNS is not that
correctly configured to make it receive emails, probably check with your
admin?
