I had a similar problem a while ago.
I applied all the latest patches and did 2 reboots and it's been fine now
for a couple of months.

My RaQ4 is encountering Chilisoft ASP problem, all sites with asp files
cannot be loaded and stalled. I have to telnet in and stop the chilisoft
daemon and restart the daemon to make it working again. After 2 days, the
same thing happen again, anyone know what's wrong with it!!!
Please help, we are having a lot of customer complaint because of this
issue.
