Paul, funny that you say that (or maybe not). I have the same issues
with my Qube3. It appears to be running (ping responds) but every other
service (seems like the entire inetd) is dead. No Telnet, FTP, HTTP - no
way of accessing the machine. Sometimes even the buttons on the back
don't work anymore.
For me is occurs in waves somehow. It runs fine for a while and then it
start reconnecting itself getting new IPs thru DSL...
