[cobalt-developers] POP before SMTP on RAQ2

Dear Sirs,

Is there a way to force POP before SMTP on a RAQ2? We find no logic in
needing to add ISP's in the RELAY FROM field to allow our users to send mail
(appears to be RELAY TO).

Does installing the POP-before-SMTP pkg for RAQ3 & 4 generate any headace or
is it strait forward?
