We have been having the exact same problems with slooow email and 
slow/timed out FTP connections on  the virtual sites we have set up on a 
dedicated RAQ3 which we host at a tier one ISP.

As it turns out, we did have a problem with our reverse DNS lookup (how 
does this happen and how do we stop it from happening again???, which the 
ISP recently fixed, but that did not seem to fix the problem(s).

Would some kind soul please tell us how to work the web site directions 
below for the RAQ3?  We need to have this resolved before we lose clients 
because of it.
