If you have the money, JRun 3.0 is a great Java Application server. It 
plays very nicely with other web servers including Apache.  I have it 
running fine on a RaQ4r.  Its very easy to install, and has a external 
web server connection wizard that will add the necessary lines to your 
apache's httpd.conf file.  The only thing you need is a JRE.
