I don't know what the warranty implications would be, but if you want to
stop nsrexecd and disabling Legato Networker from the GUI doesn't work, you
can stop networker.  On my NASRaQs you can do this by running
/etc/rc.d/init.d/networker stop.  It should be the same for RAQ3's
