Do you have the domain name as an email server alias in the site setup?
By default, emails are sent (as they should be) to
[EMAIL PROTECTED] etc. A quick test is to send the message to
[EMAIL PROTECTED] (assuming that you setup the hostname as www) and see
if it works.
