[cobalt-developers] UI Mods

I'm working thru the Sausalito Developer Docs trying to add some new
menu items to the UI. I've successfully added one to the left hand list
and I'm now trying to add a new tab across the top. Has anyone done
this? Any pointers would be greatly appreciated.
