See who owns that sent-mail folder and then go through the interface and increase the size of space and try - just to make sure that this side of the story is OK - Do: ls -all path/to/the/sent-mail If that mail under a user folder but owned by different user then change the ownership to that user name of that folder along with the appropriate group.
