The RaQ2 does not use a SQL server for it's administrative server. Only RaQ3
and upwards.

Peter,

The cause of this problem might be that the httpd.conf was wiped 'clean'
because the root partition ran out of free space. Please check this first,
and if so: clean up some unneccessary files.

I would advise you to contact Support or Professional Services to see if
they can recover anything.
