Yes it's installed. But it's NOT enabled, and no, it has nothing to do
with pop-before-smtp.
Jens Søgaard from the users list was kind enough to tell me about a new
database and rule in sendmail: It seems there's now a "popip.db file.
Something else for me to study <sigh>...
