Note that I posted this to the security list due to the security issues and received no response :-( I just installed RaQ3 Java Developer Kit Release 1.3 and noticed that jakarta-tomcat-raq3 is version 3.2.1. I went to: http://jakarta.apache.org/tomcat/index.html to look for the latest updates and found the following: "...Version 3.2.3 is a security update that closes a serious security hole. All users of Tomcat versions prior to 3.2.3 should updgrade as soon as possible." Now, it seems to me that the Cobalt pkg is using the 3.2.1 version. If this is so, has anybody upgraded to the tomcat 3.2.3 binary using http://jakarta.apache.org/builds/jakarta- tomcat/release/v3.2.3/bin/jakarta-tomcat-3.2.3.tar.gz ? If you used this to upgrade, can you post any info on any special changes which have to be done to the original pkg install? Is there an rpm available for this upgrade? Or better yet, a .pkg which upgrades the RaQ3 Java Developer Kit? enrique _______________________________________________ cobalt-developers mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://list.cobalt.com/mailman/listinfo/cobalt-developers
