Ours reboot in around 2-3 minutes, any more and you should just check a
couple of things:
What does the LCD say when its taking its time (assuming you have
physical access), it can point you to slight problems in configuration.
Most likely thing is to check the DNS/resolv settings for the machine.
Telnet in and take a look at /etc/resolv.conf
check it has active nameservers in there, otherwise mail and other
services will take a long time to start up.
