do you get a forbidden access cobalt screen
if so the site may have been suspended OR "someone" has set the permission
incorrectly try 777 on the /home/sites/site[number]/web/index.html to see if
you can see it.

Subject: [cobalt-developers] Just cannot get to web pages
Hi, I have recently put my site on a dedicated Cobalt Raq3. Things were
fine, then all of a sudden yesterday (tuesday) I could not access any
webpages. I can use FTP, email, and telnet, but cannot access any pages on
the web. I did get an email from the server saying heavy CPU overload, and
so removed all CGIs that I thought could be overloading the system. I also
have tried restarting httpd but still it is not working.
Any suggestions?
