exactly the same happened to us, wrong restore-cd in the package (via 
developer-program),
cobalt-support promised to send the right one - never received it - then went to 
download
the iso-files and burn our own recovery-cd. finally the q3 pro feels again as a q3 pro 
:-)

btw. "sales-channel-bought-qubes" came with the correct restore-cd, so don't ask me 
why..
