[cobalt-developers] Foreign characters

You can buy domains with special characters (accents) and the like from
Network Solutions.

Does anyone know how would we set these up on the cobalt interface, or
through editing httpd.conf and bind files themselves, as I thought only
\-A-Za-z0-9 were supported....
