well, the experience here at the lists (though your request is obviously not developer-related) and the people at sun obviously volunteering here on the user/dev/security lists are very responsive and helpfull. big thank you to those guys.
but i can confirm your experience, while we only started selling raq's last year, this process was easy and straight forward as long as sun was not involved. now they removed our well established distributor (austria), they placed in direct-sun-sales that offer up to 16% discount - but only if you're certified sun-shop (which is just a bad joke for linux-volunteers) and their preferred resellers offer us hardcore 10% on sales because they are certified and we are not. well, just to say: we didn't sell a single raq / qube since then and basically we're doing all with custom slackware/redhat/mandrake setups, depending on the customer. sorry to say that, we loved cobalt. harry kapper.
