Is the DNS setup same/similar to RAQ3? If so, do you have your MX record setup properly? domain name: domain.com mail server name: www.domain.com also your A records have both domain.com and www.domain.com entries? Not sure if this could fix your problem, but getting it setup the right one time for us solved our's.
