Not having a RAQ4 to play with, I am wondering if someone can tell me how the machine achieves bandwidth limiting ? I assume it uses Apache as its webserver and I am trying to limit the outbound bandwidth my own (non Cobalt linux server) Apache virtual hosts. What software or apache modules etc does it use?
