IB Workbench is a great tool. I have used it and there is still a quote from me on their site. I gave that comment while testing a free beta. I never did go back and buy it.
I recommend the following free solutions, IBAccess ---> My favorite for Linux or Windows http://sourceforge.net/projects/ibaccess/ ZDE ---> My second favorite win only http://www.zeoslib.org/zeos_zia_main.php If you use blobs, do not use version 1.1.4, use an older version. The new version will extract all blobs, and take forever. Or if you have the cash, and are running windows IB Workbench is a great program.
