When I have this problem, I use the following method. . . a. Uninstall FP Extensions for the site from the GUI interface b. Telnet Login as admin or root c. Delete all files in main web area for that domain (use "ls -la" command), delete the .htaccess too! d. cd /usr/local/frontpage e. Delete the SITE##.cnf file or make sure that it is gone. f. Reinstall FP Extensions, g. re-publish site.
