I've done some development on a low-end Sun Cobalt Qube 3 system with a 300 MHz CPU.
This are the specs: SKU Number: CBT-Q393J4PAM Description: Cobalt Qube 3/1300, 20/32, 300MHz, 32MB, 20GB, 2x10/100 Ethernet Ports My application target users are small and home offices operating their own box, in other words typical users of any Qube 3 model available in Europe and the US. Now I heard that not all Cobalt Qube 3 systems are using the same type of processor and therefore my application might not necessarily run on any Qube 3. Can anybody tell me more about the CPU's used in the various Qube 3 models? Except its speed (300 MHZ/450 MHZ), is there any other difference between the CPUs? Can anybody give me some more information about why my application might not run on any Qube 3? Before I'll go and announce my application I'll make sure it will run on any Qube 3. Thanks in advance.
