We wanted to use a third party module on a Qube 3. On startup the following
message appears:

error in loading shared libraries: libstdc++-libc6.2-2.so.3: cannot open
shared object file: No such file or directory

Now I've contacted the vendor and I've been told that we need to upgrade to
glibc 2.2 (as used in Redhat 7.0) before we will be able to use the module.
They will not support any glibc < 2.2.1. Unfortunately rpm -qa | grep glibc
lists glibc-2.1.3-23 on the Qube 3.

What can be done? Is there any solution?

Peter
