Thanks, that was what I was looking for, but we have an automatic script that telnets to the server and logs in as admin and is supposed to execute a script that calls cadduser. But cadduser must be run as root (or cce must be at least) How du I get the script to automatically su to root, or is there a better way of doing this?

Couldn't you use Jeff Bilicki's shell tools? Maybe I'm wrong, but I think you can add users as well as sites that will be recognized in the GUI.
