Hello, Please look into documentation for details of Tomcat 4 configuration and server.xml structure, it is well described. cobalt_config.pl is the script from Cobalt JDK Kit and server.xml.master is also specific for Cobalt JDK only. Just remove or comment appropriate line in tomcat.init as suggested.
