I never did get a reply back from Bruce Timberlake, I did try using a restore CD that had sfdisk build 990908 or later was OK... I did a RaQ3i / OS RaQ4i and a 60GB drive but ended up with; Disk /dev/hda: 16 heads, 63 sectors, 116301 cylinders Units = cylinders of 1008 * 512 bytes Device Boot Start End Blocks Id System /dev/hda1 1 4064 2048255+ 83 Linux /dev/hda2 4065 4386 162288 5 Extended /dev/hda3 4387 6418 1024128 83 Linux /dev/hda4 6419 50765 22350888 83 Linux /dev/hda5 4065 4125 30743+ 83 Linux /dev/hda6 4126 4386 131543+ 82 Linux swap [root /root]# df -h Filesystem Size Used Avail Use% Mounted on /dev/hda1 1.9G 565M 1.3G 29% / /dev/hda3 968M 10M 958M 1% /var /dev/hda4 20G 149M 20G 1% /home Looks like about 23GB!
