Not sure where the mysql start|stop|restart script is, id guess /etc/rc.d/init.d/mysql
but you have to start that, put your PHP extensions so apache knows its looking for .php, php3 files, and untar(orzip) the phpmyadmin to a webaccessable directory. anyone wanna add to this?
