I too had the problem, well, similar problem that I had to uncheck the "Packages Must Be Authenticated" box in BlueLinQ > Settings > Advanced > Packages Must Be Authenticated
This last time, I had to do a complete CD Restore and start over which I hope that I do not need to do when I finally get it working for clients. I also find it odd that the Raq550 stops doing things like your problem. Usually, I have to uncheck something and recheck it in the GUI to work. One such problem is CGI usage in User accounts. Sometimes they stop working and the server says that CGI is not installed for the domain. I go and uncheck it, save it and then check it again and save it - then it works. Hopefully the patches that I have recently installed will fix the problems.
