FYI, once you set console 'on' it stays on, until you explicitly turn it off... :) > I guess as seen before it took the thing quite a while to fix > itself but eventually did. Great! > Is there a log file I can read to see what happened? As root, type 'dmesg | less' to look at boot info... it's a "rotating" file, so as new stuff gets added, old stuff is removed from the "top" of the file. You can also look in /var/log/boot.log for some info, but dmesg is your best bet. - -- Bruce Timberlake http://www.brtnet.org/ -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.2.1 (GNU/Linux) iD8DBQE+FJwAvLA2hUZ9kgwRAocCAJ9f2Tic2HjgxjrovmxlZbvh0usTwQCdEPSS 4z189ssDRvU5pcH1tU3O4xo= =Ick6 -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- _______________________________________________ cobalt-developers mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://list.cobalt.com/mailman/listinfo/cobalt-developers
