what is the best way to create custom 404 pages for each site? I tried putting a .htaccess file in the web directory of an individual site with a 'ErrorDocument 404 http://www.yoursite.com/custom_page.html' and I get an error 'The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. ' when I test it.
