I did not install the first FTP patch that caused all the problems and now when I try to install "RaQ550-All-Security-0.0.2-16623"
through the bluelineQ I get the following error "There was a problem with the package file. The pre-install script failed. "
Any tips?
Thanks

I have all installed it and they run without any problems on the first 10 raqs here (RaQ3/4 with 550-Software and XTR with 550-Software and original RaQ550)
