[cobalt-security] FTP and telnet down...

I came into work this morning and neither of these services work.  When I try to get 
into a telnet session I get:

telnetd: /bin/login: No such file or directory
.

I rebooted but that didn't help.  Please help.  I have no idea what could have 
happened and no idea as to how to fix this (what files to restore).
