I had the same problem with a new Raq4I, after a discussion with the support, the only solutions is to erase the entirely the system with the System CD, or return the Raq4i to the vendor. I choose the second solution, but if you have data on the raq4i it's more easy to backup by ftp all the data and erase the system. PS: You can download the CD somewhere on the cobalt site, but I don't know where exactly.
