[cobalt-security] new user + patches

[Stan Scalsky]

For a new user just getting a cobalt box what is the current recommendation
on patches? Do you go back and just apply everything to bring the box up to
date? I still have to go through the rpm list to see whats what but a point
to a good starting point would help.
